Dear Friends,
I am just thinking of you this morning and praying that your soul will be at peace. We have so much on our plates right now. I couldn’t let the morning go by without thinking of you.
Last week I was reminded of the words in Scripture which were read on Trinity Sunday:
“Endurance produces character, and character produces hope. Now this hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured out into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, who has been given to us.” Romans 5:4.
Whatever your faith, my intent is to inspire hope to your day, a vision for calm.
Gather with friends. People who will support and love you. Call or reach out to a friend. They need your assurance at this time. Perhaps not that all will be well, but that are loved. It’s been difficult to even plan a long newsletter during the past weeks, but I want to reach out to you and remind you how important it is that we remember our total selves: mind, body, soul and spirit and to nurture each part.
Read something uplifting. You may want to exercise a bit. I moved with Adrienne this morning in this mobility, yoga, and I am preparing to gather with friends at St Joseph of Arimathea.
More soon! Sending love.
Inspired by all of you,
Janis
Wow, Janis - this is so beautiful, and so in line with my own feelings right now. Thank you for a beautiful post.
Words of peace. Thank you, Janis!
